Great to use and identical to the one I used for physical therapy.
This pad is as thin as paper. The lights look like rhinestones. I don’t have faith that these are real led red lights for light therapy. I’m using it as i’m typing with my secret collagen led face mask that i use nightly. I’ll use this pad nightly for 30 minutes and come back with an updated review in 30 days.
Nice item and well made. Only time and use will tell how well it works on joints, but there is good scientific evidence for red light induced joint repair
