We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email help@redre.store with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and the return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items: inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, and we'll make it right at no cost.

Non-returnable items: gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off: if your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided items are unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.
