We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Email help@redre.store with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and the return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with photos and we'll make it right at no cost.

EU 14-day cooling-off

If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided items are unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
