What does the warranty cover?

RedRestore devices come with a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: United States 5–8 business days; UK & Canada 7–12; Europe 7–12. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Email help@redre.store to start a return and we'll reply within 24 hours.
