You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging.
Email aligncostore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If your item arrived damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.
